Mikayla Spanbroek

Mikayla is a Solicitor with the employment law team at DTI Lawyers.

Mikayla gained her Bachelor of Laws (first class Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at the University of Waikato.

Mikayla's work includes employment advice, legal research, employment agreement and policy drafting, document review, mediation preparation and advocacy.

Mikayla has been a member of DTI since 2021, progressing from roles as an Office Administrator, then Law Clerk before her graduation, to work as an Employment Advisor prior to her admission to the Bar.

Mikayla has prior experience as an events and accounts assistant, a legal studies assessor and resource assistant for NZQA papers, and in the retail sector.
