Hayley Willers

Hayley is a Director of DTI Lawyers and an Accredited Property Law Specialist recognised by the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society.

Having practised for almost 20 years, Hayley advises individuals, families, business owners, investors and property developers on a wide range of property, commercial and relationship property matters.

Hayley has particular expertise in property development and subdivision projects, business acquisitions and sales, commercial property transactions, relationship property matters involving trusts, businesses and investment assets, and succession and asset protection planning.
