Vicky is a Senior Solicitor in our Commercial, Property, and Private Client team. With a particular focus on property development, subdivisions, and commercial law. She advises developers, investors, business owners, and property owners on a wide range of transactions, providing practical and commercially focused advice that helps clients achieve their objectives while managing risk.

Vicky works with clients on all aspects of subdivision and development projects. She also advises on business acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, shareholder arrangements, and the review and negotiation of commercial contracts, including franchise agreements.

In addition, Vicky assists clients with residential conveyancing and a range of private client matters, providing clear, pragmatic advice tailored to their individual circumstances.
