Emily is an Associate in DTI Lawyers' Commercial, Property and Private Client team.

Emily brings a strong foundation in commercial and private client matters. She advises individuals, families, trustees and business owners on a wide range of private client, property and commercial matters, with a particular focus on relationship property, elder law, succession planning and asset protection.

Emily is known for providing practical, strategic advice that helps clients navigate complex personal and family matters with confidence. She enjoys working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that achieve their long-term objectives while minimising risk and uncertainty.

Before joining DTI Lawyers, Emily gained extensive experience advising clients on trusts, estates, relationship property matters, commercial transactions and civil litigation. This broad legal background enables her to identify practical solutions and provide holistic advice across a range of interconnected legal issues.

Emily also brings unique international experience from her role as Lead Solicitor for the Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Risk Assessment workstreams within the Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry in the United Kingdom. Working on one of the most significant public inquiries in recent history required the management of complex evidence, detailed legal analysis and collaboration with counsel, experts and government agencies in a high-profile and highly scrutinised environment.
